Come with me, and we'll be in a world of pure imagination—chocolate and wine style. We will be sampling how these two elixers may combine to create synergy or schism.

Catrina has enjoyed exploring wine starting in Sonoita, AZ to Paso Robles in CA and close to home at Lynfred Winery nearby the WeeM hotel. She enjoys culinary adventures of all kinds and especially the way food and wine interact to create interesting and unexpected combinations.
